What’s the Latest Update Here
On 14 September 2026, the State Election Commission issued a fresh order about continuously updating the voter list. Here’s what it means in simple terms: if your name is registered in a municipal body’s voter list but you want it added to your panchayat’s voter list instead, so you can vote in the upcoming panchayat election, you can apply for that.
But don’t expect this to happen on its own. The related Electoral Registration Officer checks every application and decides based on the rules. Nothing gets added automatically just because you asked.
You Need to Apply Before the Public Notice Comes Out
Even after the final voter list was published, the process of adding, removing, shifting, or correcting names keeps running. This continues right up until the election’s public notice is issued.
Here’s the catch though. Only applications received at least 10 days before the public notice date will actually get processed. Once the public notice is out, no more additions, removals, transfers, or corrections will happen.
So if your name is missing from your Gram Panchayat’s voter list, don’t wait around. Apply now.
How the Final List Came Together
The Commission had released its schedule for preparing these voter lists back on 31 December 2025. Following that schedule, the draft list came out on 29 January 2026. After that, the Commission collected claims and objections from voters. Once those were resolved and corrections made, the final voter list was published on 25 February 2026.
After the final list, any approved additions, removals, or corrections get compiled into a supplementary list. The Commission refers to this as “Supplementary-2,” and the combined version (final list plus this supplement) is called “Final With Supplementary-2.”
One practical tip: if the download portal shows separate options for the original final list and an updated list with the supplement, always check the most recent one available.

You don’t need an SSO ID for this. Anyone can check the ward-wise list directly from the official portal.
- Go to the State Election Commission Rajasthan’s voter list download portal
- Select your district from the District option
- Choose your Panchayat Samiti under the ULB/Panchayat Samiti option
- Select your Gram Panchayat under the ULB Ward/Gram Panchayat option
- Enter the captcha code shown on screen
- Click Search or whatever button is available
- Your Gram Panchayat’s ward-wise voter lists will show up on screen
- Open the PDF for the exact ward where you live
- Download it to your phone or computer
