Ye Yojana Hai Kya
Is yojana ke through, jahan bhi schools, training institutes, colleges, universities aur hostels mein teachers ki zaroorat hai, wahan atithi shikshak ya guest faculty rakhe ja sakte hain. Maksad simple hai, students ko sahi educational support milta rahe, aur teaching system bina rukawat ke chalta rahe.
Selection mein eligible retired employees aur private candidates dono ko chance mil sakta hai, agar wo required qualification rakhte hain. Guest faculty ko fixed per hour honorarium aur maximum monthly honorarium diya jaata hai.

Kitni Vacancies Hain
Iska koi fixed state-level number nahi hai. Har school, training institute, college ya doosre institution mein guest faculty ki zaroorat available vacant posts aur academic requirement ke hisaab se decide hoti hai.
Guest faculty sirf approved vacant posts ke against hi li ja sakti hai. District level par institutions ki zaroorat assess ki jaayegi, aur uske baad process aage badhega.
Selection Kaise Hoga
District level par ek committee banti hai selection ke liye. Committee ke chairman District Collector ya unke naam se nominate kiya gaya officer hota hai. Related department ka district-level officer ya nodal officer committee ka member secretary hota hai.
Academic session shuru hone se pehle, district headquarters par eligible candidates se block-wise aur institution-wise applications li jaati hain. Applications check karne ke baad minimum qualification aur marks ke hisaab se ek preference list banti hai. Available seats ke hisaab se guest faculty ko preference order mein liya jaata hai.

Ye Important Rules Zaroor Samjhein
Guest faculty ki service ke liye ek fixed format mein sabhi conditions ke saath affidavit lena hoga. Guest faculty ke kaam ki proper monitoring hogi, aur satisfactory work verification ke baad hi payment process hoga.
Agar related vacant post fill ho jaata hai, to guest faculty ki arrangement automatically khatam maani jaayegi. Hostels mein teacher ke posts create nahi hote, isliye difficult subjects ki coaching ke liye vacant post ki koi zaroorat nahi hoti, institution head budget aur honorarium rates ke hisaab se payment kar sakta hai.
